About me✨ Hi, I'm Kelsey Clark! I joined the beauty Industry in 2019, shortly after I graduated high school. I attended the Area 31 program starting at the young age of 16. I soon realized I had a big passion in helping make others feel beautiful and confident in themselves. Shockingly, I decided to try out college for a year. During that time all I wanted to do was be in the salon, instead of the classroom. Thankfully, I was able to return back to Indy and start my journey. I have spent 5 years behind the chair working at a few commission salons. Recently I decided to venture out and go booth rent and build a business for myself! A little bit about my personal life. After high school, I met my now husband, Jack. We have been married for a little over a year now. He has been one of my biggest supporters. We have two adorable cats together. We just had our first baby this May. His Name Is JJ and Is the greatest thing that has ever happened to us. We love being his parents. I enjoy venturing out to new places, shopping, and staying active. I am a foodie and am always looking for all the best places to try out. I also love summer most likely because I have a summer birthday. I knew I wanted to be a hairstylist because my mom inspired me when I was young, as she was once behind the chair too. She is one the best advocates to be in your corner. My overall goal, when I have a guest in my chair, is for the client to leave refreshed and feeling revitalized. Payments✨ I accept Cash,Apple pay, Zelle or Cash App. I accept card but there is a 3.5% processing fee per gloss genius! *no venmo* ✨Evenings and Saturdays are request only. Please reach out if you cannot find something that works for you. ✨All blondie & Color services include a haircut. What is “blondie”? Any highlighting service no matter what color hair you have. ✨When booking you must put a card on file. Your card will not be charged endless of a cancellation within 48 hours or less. Your card being on file replaces a deposit. Please sign and agree to the cancellation waiver before booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations less than 48 hours will be required to pay 25% of service. No call, no shows will be charged FULL SERVICE. I am very understanding if and when life happens. I will not charge you without any communication. Redos must be communicated to me within 3 DAYS. Only hair that was previously discussed with me will be allowed within redo period. Color/Style that is completely different from what was discussed with me is not allowed. After 3 days, redos will be done at FULL COST to the customer. No refunds allowed for any reason.
